My name is An Huang and I am the artist here at An Huang Babies

I’m original from China and have been living in UK since 2003.

I Love crafting such like sewing, knitting, crocheting… which taught by my mum when I was very young. As a child and adult I have always loving dolls and I used to making lots of clothing for my dolls, myself and my family and now I still do.

I have been making dolls since 2011. I was self-taught from sculpting, moulding, casting, painting, & hair rooting, photographing …. I was very fortunate to have found my passion in life all those years ago, and still strive every day, to improve my skills in dollmaking, painting and sculpting… I thoroughly enjoy what I do and can’t imagine my life without it.

My babies are made from scratch – a ball of clay! I hand – made all my dolls myself from conception to completion. All the mediums I’ve used on my babies are best quality and food safe degrees and only Platinum grade silicone has been used. I always pay extra attention to my dolls in realism not just in the look but also how they feel when held. “Realism all the way” is my ultimate goal!

My solid full body silicone babies are very small editions, only 6 or less worldwide, to be offered to collectors all over the world.

I’ve been invited & attended at IDTS as a special guest  and I’ve just been awarded a prestigious award in America for the “Best Silicone Doll Artist 2017” at my very first competition that I’ve ever participated….

I loving what I’m doing and will carry on making more hyper-real dolls in the future!
