RETURNS
I do not accept the returns for my babies. Please read the descriptions carefully before the purchase.
PAYMENT TERMS
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. That means if you are unable to complete your purchase, you will not be able to receive a refund. It also means that your deposit may not be transferred to purchase a different baby.
Any payments made toward layaways are not refundable should you change your mind or miss more than one monthly payment.
DELIVERY
I will dispatch your order as soon as your order is ready. How quick for the delivery it will depends on your order.
For the completed babies which will probably take about 1 – 2 days for processing.
For custom order babies which usually takes me about 2-3 months to complete
or sometimes it may take longer as it will depends on how busy I am.
The delivery time for UK is about 1- 3 days and 3 – 8 days for international after the dispatch.
Your order will be directly delivery to your home by Royal mail or other carrier sometimes depends on the size of item.
If you are not in when they call, they will leave a calling card with their contact details.
Your courier’s number will be on your delivery note if you wish to call them.
All parcels will be sent as “signed for” and “trackable” with Insured.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our shipping cost!
International Buyers Will Be Responsible For Any Custom Fees Required By Your Country.
